Shipping

Merchandise that is in stock will be shipped upon payment approval and address verification.  After your order has been shipped, delivery time varies based on shipping method and destination.  If merchandise is currently not in stock, the customer will be notified and we can put the customer on a call list and the item can be reorder by customer at that time.

We ship merchandise via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United Postal Service.  It is your option whether or not to insure shipment against loss or damage. 

New Baby Products is not responsible for and can not replace lost or stolen shipments.  We will make every effort to assist in tracking any lost shipment.  New Baby Products is not responsible for products that are damaged in transit customer.  Inspect all packages and inform carrier immediately of any damages or shortages.

We can ship:

• Standard ground: usually 3 -10 business days after shipped
• 2nd Day:  delivered in 2 business days after shipped
• Next day:  delivered next business day after shipped

Business days = Are Monday thru Friday excluding holidays

Oversized items, such as furniture, can not be shipped UPS or United States Postal.  These items are shipped via a truck line.  Please call New Baby Products for store assistance.  These items can not be purchased on line.

Returns

Online purchases maybe returned within 90 days of purchase.  Merchandise must be returned in new condition in original package/carton accompanied with original receipt.  Customer assumes any and all shipping charges and insurance.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is deemed defective.

Credits will be issued to the credit card that was originally used for the purchase only.  If a gift is returned with the receipt, it will credited back to the purchaser’s card, not to the recipient.

Merchandise purchased online maybe exchanged at a New Baby Products location.  If online merchandise is returned to a store then they are subject to in store return policies.   However, merchandise purchased at a store can not be returned as though it was purchased online.

Returns (that are approved) without a receipt will be issued a merchandise credit only.  The credit can be used online or in a store location.

Merchandise that was not purchased at New Baby Products stores or on line with New Baby Products.com can not be returned to us for any reason.

Breast pumps, pump accessories, baby feeding items and personal hygiene items can not be return unless they are deemed defective by New Baby Products. 

Special orders, items ordered specifically for a customer and not kept in regular stock, can not be returned unless deemed defective by New Baby Products.

Damaged Items

If you receive damaged merchandise or would like to return merchandise purchased on line with New Baby Products,  please follow these simple steps:

1. Call 404-321-3874 (within Georgia) or 1-800-BABY123(out of state)
2. Ask for Online Return Department
3. Have your original receipt
4. Customer service will walk you through the steps to return items

• Merchandise returned should be packed in the same carton or like kind, with adequate packing
• If you think the damaged merchandise was caused during shipping, please keep all original cartons and packing
• Damaged or defective items may be refunded to the original credit card or replaced by New Baby Products. All receipts must be kept to receive a credit card refund.  Credit card refunds will not be made without original receipt.
• Shipping charges are not refundable with the exception of defective or damaged merchandise which must first be approved by New Baby Products Online Return Department.

Verification of Order

New Baby Prodcuts orders generate an automatic confirmation e-mail, but the receipt of a confirmation only means that we have received your order, and does not constitute an offer to sell. We may change our pricing, product description or specifications after any confirmation e-mail, but prior to shipment, due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason. If a customer orders items which are out-of-stock, the customer will be notified, and will then have the right to cancel their order without retaining any fees or charges. While it is the customer's responsibility to cancel their own orders, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether.
